Shipping & Processing Info

We offer free shipping for your all orders with EMS shipping service from China.
We only ship to your confirmed address (the address on file with your credit card company), if you need to ship to an alternative address,please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to address to your acct.
All shoes are shipped directly from storage.When we shipped out shoes, we will email tracking number for you.
There is 48 hours processing period once payment is received. Once shoes are shipped ,you will get an email from us with tracking number so you may track your order. You will have your products within 5-7 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers within 4-5 days . Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather,insufficient address info,holidays,or carrier complications.
Occasional delay in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or out of stock.

Exchanges/Returns

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.If you are not satisfied with your product within 7 days of receipt you can send it back to us for exchanges or refund.
For return/exchange,shoes must be in brand new condition as received,with the original box they came, without any tape or marks on the shoebox.
According to the laws of our bank,customers have to pay for the shipping fee of returns.Additional shipping fee will be requested for exchange.
Please submit your return request first,and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange.
